• Contains defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CanadaHustle and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App.

• Your User Content.
