Tickets, Hours & Map

  • Tickets / Admission: You can buy tickets online (timed entry) or pay at the zoo’s front gate. Reserving ahead is wise so you avoid line-ups.

    • Last admission is one hour before closing; the zoo closes at the listed closing time.

  • Animals: More than 250 animals, including mammals, birds, and reptiles. Exhibits include Red Pandas, Otters, Birds of Prey, Sloths, etc.

    • Miniature Train Ride (seasonal, weather-dependent, May-September) near the camel exhibit. Free with admission. 

    • Conservation Carousel at Meltwater Play — free with admission (height limit applies), proceeds support conservation. 

  • Food & Refreshments:

    • Wild Neighbours Café at the entry plaza. Serves coffee drinks, sandwiches, and treats.

    • Seasonal stands: Farmer’s Kitchen, Moo at the Zoo, Wetland Treats (open during warmer months). 

  • Amenities & Guest Services: Guest services, the gift shop “Zootique,” a zoo app (for schedules, exhibits), and accessible features.

  • Daily Animal Talks & Feeding Times — schedule includes Red Panda Talk, Seal Talk, Birds of Prey feeding, Sloth Talk, and Otter Talk.

Getting Back
